Whitetail:  Our lightest roast the perfect morning cup !  We use Organic "Far-North Idaho"  blend of Arabica beans , roasted light  to create this eye opener. At Far-North Coffee we use "Flying Bean Air Roasting " after many years of drum roasting, with not always consistent batches, resulting in many tasteless to bitter and charred beans , we have been experimenting with a better way , after a year of blind taste testing , roaster against roaster , bean against bean , after many over caffeinated sleepless nights , we have unanimously agreed that by choosing the highest grade  AAA premium Arabica and air roasting them with vast amounts of fresh Far-North Idaho air , in small batches , we can promise you one of the freshest and best coffee you've ever had ..  Period !
