Raw Honey, 4 Pack

Four 11-oz jars of our incredible Pacific Northwest raw honey -- tested for purity -- the perfect companion to toast, fine cheese, and peanut butter (!) and a delicate sweetener for sauces, salad dressings, marinades, roasted root veggies. All raw honey will eventually crystallize (which confirms that it has not been heated past 105F). If you prefer a runny honey, you can place the jar in a pan of warm water. We actually prefer crystallized honey, it doesn't make the drippy mess. You will receive two of each: Cascadian Blackberry has fruity/berry notes. The beekeeper is considered a preferred supplier for consistent high quality (never adulterated). The honey was tested for a range of antibiotics and none were present.
