Location: The Sarä  Date: 11/3/2025 Catering Time of arrival for setup: 130pm(2pm)  Time: 4pm wedding time  Cocktail Hour (4-5pm) Salad, French bread, Ranch Dressing served during cocktail Hour. Menu for 75 guests. @ 5pm - 630pm Ny Strip, Crab Cake, Drumstick lollipops, mashed potatoes, Mac n cheese.  We will consolidate anything left over and put in to go pans or containers. This deposit holds the date of $100, and will be deducted from the overall total.  The remaining balance is $3100 once the deposit is made.  I will have 2 other servers with me to serve the food and once there's no line, we will walk around and collect The remaining balance is due 10/27/2025. I'll type out another invoice for the remaining balance or funds can be transferred electronically using  Zelle Cash app  Venmo PayPal
