We assembled this hand-made Prep Knife in our workshop in Detroit. It is the kitchen workhorse for everything from dicing a large head of kale to slicing the Thanksgiving turkey. The custom designed Damascus Steel blade holds a sharp edge and is beautiful to see. The Birdseye Maple handle is sourced from a forrest near Traverse City. Each knife is unique and will be something you are proud to use, show off and pass down to your offspring.
