1974 London ATM Workshop

This manuscript is reformatted from the original and all of the Awareness Through Movement lessons are highly suitable for classes or workshops. There are six formal lectures with topics ranging from the development of differentiation to yogic concentration and 30 ATM lessons, most of which are not available anywhere else or are unusual variations on familiar ATM lessons. These lessons are ideal for public classes. The transcript has been reformatted for this edition for ease of use in preparing classes.
