Mexican Dark Vanilla

Our Mexican Dark Vanilla is all natural, produced in Mexico using only the highest grade, single sourced, Mexican vanilla beans.   Mexican Dark Vanilla is best utilized in items that require high heat such as baking as this allows most of the alcohol to cook out.  Mexican Dark Vanilla complements spice flavors such as cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice and even savory spices such as chili peppers, thyme and rosemary. It also complements dark chocolate, orange, banana and coconut. Ingredients: Water, alcohol 35%, bean extract. Does not contain coumarin. Due to limited over the border transportation we ship ONLY every Wednesday. So if ordered on Thursday or Fridays your package will go out the following Wednesday.
