All Aflutter is a sheer bright salmon base with contrasting blue/teal/green/purple shifting iridescent flakes. All swatches are shown in 2-3 coats and topped with FFL's True Tranquility Top Coat. @manistoatee's swatches showcase the polish over a blurring base coat on the ring and pinky nails.
