Reflective glitters by nature are extra "thirsty", and we highly recommend FFL's Serenity Smoothing Top Coat BEFORE topping with FFL's True Tranquility QDTC for a smooth finish.  Inspired by the 90s rom-com 'While You Were Sleeping'.
