2022 Run P.N.C. - Imperial Buckwheat Stout

Imperial Buckwheat Stout aged in Tequila, Bourbon & Brandy Barrels with Saigon & Ceylon Cinnamon P.N.C. is our imperial buckwheat stout, released only twice, the first time in 2013 and the second time in 2021, to honor the Publican National Committee. We took a special lot of this beer aged in tequila, bourbon, and brandy barrels and infused it with Vietnamese and Sri Lankan cinnamon sticks, adding decadent layers of aroma and flavor. Baking spices, coffee and whiskey aromas waft out, simultaneously greeting flavors of bitter-sweet chocolate, vanilla, and caramel.
