Kiawe wood (prosopis pallidia) is a slightly "sweeter" Hawaiian mesquite. This is a different species than mesquite in the western USA. This variety naturalized in Hawaii over 170 years ago. The Kiawe firewood chunks are great for smoking and BBQ your favorite meats or vegetable to give it the authentic Hawaiian smoke flavor.  The Small Box measures 11 1/4″ x 8 3/4″ x 6″ and weighs approximately 7-10 lbs.
