When do I need Diagnostics Service? When your exercise equipment stops working or is running rough and making unusual noise it's time to call the experts at Fit Service. Our repair technicians are factory trained on how to find and fix the problem fast.  [ Submit a work request ] What is Diagnostics Service and how much does it cost? Diagnostics includes hands-on inspection and testing of the systems involving the problem, as well as, a complete evaluation of the entire unit. If parts are needed to complete the repair we include that in your price quote. The cost for a Diagnostics Visit is only $129. Sometimes equipment is uneconomical to repair.
