Ready to workout?  This is NOT a video.  Please READ ALL below before purchasing or visit poolfit.tvRun2Strength - Audio Pool Workout Run2Strength is a high intensity interval workout that blends together water running with powerful strength exercises for upper body, legs and core using the water's resistance.  This 52-minute pool workout features 10 blocks of exercise.  The first 9 blocks are four minutes long and the last block is 10 minutes long.   All 10 blocks begin with a ramp-up run that includes 20 seconds of light jogging, 20 seconds of intermediate jogging and 20 seconds of high intensity jogging.   The 60-second ramp-up run is followed by three minutes of a strength/power move that is separately timed according to right/left execution or variations of intensity.  Exercising along with this workout?  This product is AUDIO ONLY (Guided pool workout with music & verbal cues).  The best user experience is to first WATCH the video and then follow along with audio.  Please vi
