ASSEMBLY NOTE: PLEASE WATCH THE ASSEMBLY VIDEOS/READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THIS PAGE.  THE ARMS ARE HELD ON TO THE MACHINE BY FRICTION.  THE HOLES IN THE ARMS ARE FOR OPTIONAL ARM EXTENSIONS (NOT INCLUDED).  THE SCREWS ON THE MACHINE ARE TO RAISE AND LOWER THE ARMS.
