AAA 3 Cell - Nylon Battery Pack

This Nylon Battery Pack holds three (3) AAA batteries. Made of rugged ballistic nylon webbing and Velcro® to secure the pack to your headset or helmet.  This pack runs the lip light at ~4.5 volts - higher than the ~3.0 volts our other packs run at to increase the brightness of the NVIS White lights.  The brightness of white lights filtered with our NVIS filtering material reduces the maximum brightness of the light.  Some pilots who are not operating in tactical environments, but still under goggles require a higher level of brightness (like the owner of FLITELite #gettin'old).  The extra cell drives the brightness up over 30% and makes up for the filtering. Warning - this battery back will damage red FLITELite units.  Warning - do not use lithium cells.  lithium cells drive the voltage up to nearly 6.0 volts depending on the cell - which can damage the processor on the circuit board.
