Our House Black is a full bodied broken leaf Assamica black tea grown in Sri Lanka. It produces a malty, plummy brew with good aroma and brisk taste without unpleasant astringency. Flavorful and well balanced, it drinks great on its own and is nicely complemented by some milk. This one makes a great English style strong cuppa, works with milk, works with sugar, can be made into a classic American iced tea, and makes a good, authentic Taiwanese Bubble Tea.
