A simple, loveable in-house dark roasted oolong tea. This is the next incarnation of our house oolong. It uses the same cultivar, but through a long aging process and more refined roasting technique, we've created something that is clearer and smoother, with the same nutty taste. I believe that the roast does a better job at supporting the inherent flavors of the tea, rather than playing the main role itself.
