Teaware Class : Teapots and Their Effect on Tea

In this class we will experiment with different materials and shapes of teapots (from yixing to stoneware to porcelain, as well as gaiwans) and explore their effects on teas. Our goal is to offer a space to experience for yourself the effects of different teaware so that you have a better idea of how to utilize it in your own practice at home. It is preferred that you have taken our Fundamentals class first before signing up for this one.
