Zindagi Marwa Cuff - Lapis

The Marwa Cuff is handmade in Afghanistan by the artisans of the Turquoise Mountain Foundation. Lapis Lazuli was once the most sought-after stone in the world. Found in Afghanistan, the rock of truth is said to encourage the honesty of the spirit and grant the wearer with an improved sense of judgement.   WHY WE LOVE IT Turquoise Mountain was founded in 2006 by His Majesty King Charles III to revive historic areas and traditional crafts and provide jobs, skills, and a renewed sense of pride. In awe of what Turquoise Mountain achieved, Pippa began her partnership and traveled to Kabul to start to work with a workshop in 2008. Many of the young men working in the workshop were apprentices and became masters of their craft. Over the many years, Pippa has built meaningful relationships, designed dozens of collections with skilled artisans, and witnessed the country's stability change. The swift Taliban takeover of Afghanistan in 2021, combined with drought and COVID-19, left many strugglin
