Blue Caeruleum - Allium Bulbs (Small)

Allium caeruleum, aka Blue or Persian allium, is absolutely lovely with its sky-blue blooms made up of dozens of tiny, star-shaped flowers. Blue alliums grow from 14 to 16 inches tall, and their globes are about an inch across. These long-lasting bulbs grow and spread slowly, so plant them in clusters for a really eye-catching effect! Like all alliums, Blue alliums are in the onion family and their scent works great at deterring deer and other critters. And they're pollinators, so bees and other insects love them! Plant them in the fall, and keep an eye out in late spring as they slowly wash your garden in blue!
