This is a very dense and expressive coffee that we note as Panela (brick brown sugar), Brown Spice, Vanilla, Citrus, and a unique viscous Minerality we note in its texture. All of this is paired with a moderate to heavy body. We find this one shines when brewed in pour over/drip or aerpress formats. The Producer: This coffee comes to us as a community lot from the Aponte Village in Nariño, Colombia.
