This offering brews up a sweet milk chocolate front of the cup, then rounded out with a touch of complexity and very soft acidity. The complexity of the cup comes from its florals and plum notes in the middle of the cup, while being smoothed over with a touch of nuttiness. A highly versatile coffee we have enjoyed it brewed in all formats and especially when rested and pulled as an espresso. The Producer: We love small farmers.
