Roasted light medium, this coffee produces a very sweet cup that's nutty and smooth with medium weight to the body while finishing with moderate acidity. We note marzipan, milk chocolate and praline, but can find hints of root beer and brown spice too. This coffee brews great in all formats, however if you're looking for texture and a bit more body we love this cup in direct immersion formats (french press/siphon pot) and exrtracted under pressure (espresso and moka pot. For a cleaner cup, without sacrificing too much body; pour over, drip and aeropress work great too.
