Roasted Light Medium this coffee offers up a fruit profile that includes strawberries, grape, tropical fruit, all paired with creamy texture, a very heavy body and finishes with low acidity. Syrupy with low acidity we love this coffee brewed in drip/pour over or in direct immersion (french press/siphon pot) formats. The Producer: A Single Origin coffee that's sourced in the Rwenzori Mountains through various small holder lots from subsistence level farmers in the region. With soaring altitudes and interior climates that are favorable to Natural processing, Uganda has been emerging as a source of specialty coffee producing fruit-forward, bodied coffees.
