Earthy chocolate tones, sweet green grape and minerality all while finishing with very mild acidity is the big picture in this cup. This coffee brews up great in all formats from drip/pour over to espresso and everything in between. Filtered brew is highly approachable as a fresh roast and will hold up great with ample rest and as it rests the sweet green grape comes comes to the front of the cup creating a balanced and smooth experience.
