4 Monos 'GR-10 Blanco' 2023

Cuatro Monos, or “Four Monkeys,” is a group of four friends native to the Sierra de Gredos who have begun reclaiming old bush vines planted at its 750-960m varying heights of elevation. GR-10 Blanco is the team's Vino de Sierra or "villages level" white from vineyards in Cadalso de los Vidrios and San Martín de Valdeiglesias. A blend of mainly Albillo with some Macabeo, Moscatel and Chelva, this is a wildly aromatic blend with pear and papaya notes balanced out with a sharp minerality. All-around food friendly, but especially good with shellfish.
