Celler De Les Aus 'Puput' Pet-Nat 2024

Alta Alella, the label behind Celler De Les Aus, is a family-run project started in 1991 by Josep Maria Pujol-Busquets and wife Cristina Guillen. It is the closest winery to Barcelona (10 km), located within the agricultural area of a land preserve known as the “Serralada de Marina’. Josep describes 2024 as a  ‘return to normality' after years of extreme drought, something that comes across is this beautifully expressive pet-nat made principally from Xarel.lo. Florals, green apple, and fennel aromas with a subtle background of green almond - this sparkler is light and refreshing, perfect as an aperitif.
