Bean-to-Bar Craft Chocolate from Honeymoon Chocolates This collaboration is a pairing that was developed over the last 60 weeks of testing with Honeymoon Chocolates and Switchgrass Spirits Distillery in St. Louis. The process of crafting this bar began with finding a custom barrel of Char 3 Whiskey from Switchgrass. Then, the barrel-proof whiskey was gently reduced down to remove any alcohol. Switchgrass' rye whiskey shares the stage with Haitian cacao + locally freeze-dried apples.
