1-needle, Unison-feed, Lockstitch machine with Vertical-axis Large Hook The Juki LU-1508NS is a single-needle, straight stitch, walking foot industrial sewing machine that can sew heavy weight fabrics. It has a rectangular feed and a higher needle stroke that makes it easy to sew heavier materials like leather. The top-loading bobbin system and vertical-axis hook are ideal for sewing extra-heavy material. It has a maximum sewing speed of 2,500 stitches per minute and a maximum stitch length of 9mm. It also has a needle bar stroke of 38mm and a presser foot lift of 16mm.
