GRIP STRENGTH Hand and forearm strength can be a limiting factor when training to develop strength & hypertrophy. Grappling sport athletes can benefit from improving overall grip & forearm strength to improve sport performance. We like to focus on this area at the end of our lower body training sessions. In this program we focus on pinch gripping, wrist flexion & extension, and radial & ulnar flexion. This 12-week program is a perfect additIon to all of our strength training programs.
