THE PROGRAM When we first left athletics and started our personal training business, we focused completely on delivering training programs. We quickly realized that we weren’t having the same results as I did with my team sport athletes. After doing a deep dive, we realized that the missing link was that we were not dialing in the other 23 hours of the day, the same way I mentored my athletes off the field, in my other coaching stops. Once we introduced our nutrition coaching and mentorship programs, our results sky-rocketed.
