Turquoise Navajo Sun Rise Pattern Ring

A clean and bold turquoise and silver ring.  The mount to this ring is surrounded by an interesting miniature chain link pattern created by hand braiding, or twisting, silver wire. Although the ring is quote large on the finger, it is comfortable to wear and distinctive looking. The shank that holds the impressive center stone split going into the frame.  There are four points that fan out each with a series of hand stamped designs and topped with hand made sterling silver balls at the top. The stone is an American mined piece of turquoise with interesting deposits and deep black matrices running through, which create this unique 'fingerprint' to the stone.It is clear to see the metal deposits in the stone when the light catches it.  This makes for a beautiful combination of the classic pale blue at the one corner of the stone, and the matrix through the majority of it. The ring is handmade in American made by members of the Navajo Native American tribe, dating circa 1970's. It is unsi
