Known for their delicious flavor and texture. Gem Avocados do not ripen on the tree. As the fruit matures, it will begin to darken and the lenticels will remain golden in color. Good fruit production and consistent bearing. Gem avocados grow mostly in clusters within the interior, allowing the foliage to protect the fruit. Fruit size is about 7-11 oz.
