We have a small quantity of the Fourneau Bread Oven 2.0 at a great price. These ovens are samples left over from our production development process. Originally supplied with a cast iron base, these samples are being paired with a 12" x 15" cordierite baking stone base. You can order without a base if you already have a baking stone or baking steel larger than 10" x 15". The 2.0 excels at baking small and medium sized loaves. If you're into demi-baguettes and maximizing your crust-to-crumb ratio, you'll love the size of the Fourneau 2.0 Bread Oven. Fourneau baking trays makes loading and moving loaves almost effortless and help you to maximize oven throughput by baking in two stages; spring loaves in the Fourneau and move them on the tray to the open oven for browning. Each 2.0 is cast, machined, and surface treated before receiving a thorough coating of polymerized oil.
