We're making one last batch of carbon steel pans! Fourneau carbon steel is an all-steel pan with best in class pre-seasoning. If you are looking for an alternative to teflon-coated and ceramic-coated pans, our steel pan will provide responsive performance and nearly non-stick cooking, when well maintained. Our pans are produced in small batches in our New Buffalo, Michigan factory. All-steel construction and a welded handle attachment give the pan superior durability while the plant-based coating provides a non-toxic cooking surface for safe and healthy use. Its ultra-smooth surface is protected with a traditional grape seed oil seasoning. The cork handle sleeve adds a unique aesthetic and insulation from heat. Oil-seasoned cookware requires care, maintenance, and may require adjustments in cooking technique compared with coated aluminum pans.
