Instructors: Chris Masad & Graham Luterbach Join agave nerds Chris & Graham for Agave 101 in a fun, introductory class all about the amazing agave plant and its many uses. You’ll learn about the different types of agave, its history in ancient cultures, and how it's used to make everything from tequila to mezcal to sotol (and some other surprises too). We’ll also explore its role in sustainability in modern-day farming. Attendees will enjoy a guided flight of agave spirits, a personal snack plate, and special pricing on all featured spirits.
