Sweet taste depending on floral predominance. Liquid feel with varying crystallization depending on flowers in the mix. PAIRING: Ideal for fruit salads, teas, fish, meats, and toasted bread with extra virgin olive oil. INGREDIENTS: Honey from wildflowers found on the “dehesa” meadows of Extremadura. Artisian Orange Blossom Honey (9oz) TASTING NOTES: Very light amber color with yellow hues. Floral, with citric notes, intense and persistent. Sweet taste. Liquid feel with slow crystallization, forming fine crystals. PAIRING: Ideal with game fowl, cheese, teas, ice cream, and toasted bread with extra virgin olive oil. INGREDIENTS: Honey from orange blossom nectar.
