Workshop Sunday October 13 2024 kneading the dough, understand the laminating process, shape proof and  baked butter and chocolate croissants. Get all the little secrets to master the process. Included in the workshop: Recipe Book / light food fare and refreshments / each participant will go home with 6 baked croissants   Workshop starts at 11 am, no refunds, no exchange accepted.
