Workshop Sunday March 30 2025 A Cream puff filled with a rich hazelnut mousseline cream  also known as "Paris Brest" is  a classic from the French patisserie repertoire. Assist in preparing the cream puff dough and the mousseline cream and get all the little secrets to master and easily understand each specific steps. Included in the workshop: Recipe Book / light food fare and refreshments / each participant will go home with 4 Paris Brest cream puffs Workshop starts at 11 am, no refunds, no exchange accepted.
