The Cup We’ve taken coffees from three origins known for their smooth round body and nutty notes of dried fruit and berries and blended them together in a roast level that’s just past what we consider a medium roast.  The result is a deliciously enjoyable cup that beckons you to wake with a smile and greet the dawning day with enthusiasm and positivity. The Roast Compared to our other Signature House Blend, Stargazer, Aurora is a few degrees lighter in roast, with a noticeably smoother mouthfeel, less bittering notes, and a cleaner finish.  If you enjoy Medium to Medium-Dark roasts with a balanced flavor profile, we think you may enjoy starting your day with a cup of freshly brewed Aurora. As always, the coffees that make up Aurora are responsibly sourced and come from cooperatives that value sustainable agriculture, community projects, and equitable partnerships.
