Fresco Chocolate was fortunate to receive a small shipment of authentic Chuao cacao from the 2020 harvest, allowing us to create this rare, single-ingredient artisan chocolate. Crafting a flavorful 100% dark chocolate is a delicate art, requiring precision at every step to balance depth and smoothness.
