Together with our award-winning 100% Oat, Wheat whiskeys, the 100% Barley Whiskey introduces whiskey connoisseurs and the whiskey curious to the unique characteristics of a solitary grain grown with care by Whiskey Farmer Colby Frey.Made from two-row unmalted barley, Frey Ranch 100% Barley Whiskey was pot distilled, aged for 4 years and 8 months, and bottled at 110 proof. The olfactory senses will delight in hints of peanut butter & jelly married with a grain-forward sweet pastry note. On the palate, drinkers will pick up honey and allspice, while the finish is reminiscent of a favorite breakfast cereal like Honey Nut Cheerios.As with all releases from Frey Ranch, 100% of the grains used in producing 100% Barley Whiskey were grown and harvested, milled and distilled on the Frey family farm.
