Batch No. 3 100 proof/55% ABV Included is a 375ml Bottle of our Frey Ranch Malted Four Grain Bourbon Blend. Malted Four Grain Bourbon Blend is made with the same mash bill as our Straight Bourbon Whiskey: 66.6% non-GMO corn, 11.4% winter rye, 10% soft white winter wheat, and 12% two-row barley all slow-grown on-site. The difference is that each of the four grains, instead of only the barley, are malted on-site utilizing Colby’s custom-made malt drum. Aged: 5 Years, 10 Months | 55% ABV Tasting Notes: Candy corn and dried apricot on the nose, followed by fresh cut hay and sweet corn straight from the field on the palate with a baking spice finish.
