Like the rest of our single barrels, which are all chosen for exceptional characteristics of tasting notes and textures, our Distiller’s Reserve Single Barrel Bourbon is aged at least 5 years, and comes from barrel #3302 at 61.95% ABV and 123.9% proof.Barrel #3302 is soft on the nose but opens up into intense cordial cherries. Expect cookies and cream, tiramisu, and milk chocolate flavors on the palate, with a super long finish of allspice, hazelnut, and nutmeg.
