aka Persian Limes. We're used to seeing green limes at the grocery store, but when you wait until limes get fully ripe on the tree like Ruthanne does, they are amazing! These ripe yellow-green limes are sweeter, juicier, and so floral. Local lime season is short so we love to enjoy it while we can! Grown in Auburn.
