Jiu Jitsu Strong LVL 1. is a simplified strength and conditioning program for beginners. This is a 4 week program containing 3 workouts per week that should take around 45 minutes including warm up. It comes in the form of a downloadable PDF file. If viewing from your mobile device, you may need to download the free Adobe Acrobat reader to be able to click the video links within the PDF. This program is designed for the beginner, and the jiu jitsu practitioner who is doing BJJ around 2-4 times per week. This program is easily repeatable. Finish the program, and run through it again, progressing further each time as you go. This program includes video demos of movements within the E-book, and daily videos as well explaining the intent behind the days workout.
