Alexander McQueen Green Skull Scarf Clutch

This clutch is made from an authenticated Alexander McQueen scarf featuring the signature skulls. It is topped with a gold chain link piece. The interior is lined with white linen and contains accordion sides with grommets for an optional chain (chain sold separately). Overall clutch dimensions are 12” x 7” with a magnetic snap closure. *Please note that this clutch is made from a vintage scarf, and contains some minor discoloration or pulls in the scarf. Price is reflective of any imperfections.
