Saturday, May 3 from 10am-4pm Throughout history, humans have used aromatic plants to assist healing of the psyche and spirit as well as the physical body. The aromas of essential oils offer numerous benefits, with different parts of plants and trees carrying unique energetic messages and affinities for particular body systems. Through our sense of smell, essential oils can help us tap into deeper parts of ourselves to inspire clarity and transformation. We will explore the different energic properties and benefits of essential oils, experiencing key oils of each botanical category – Trees, Woods, Resins, Roots, Herbs, Flowers, Seeds and Fruit – while learning how these oils affect us on the level of mind, body and spirit. You’ll learn how to build your own ‘energetic tool kit’ of essential oils and experience first-hand the profound effects of aromatherapy, helping to encourage opening, harmonizing, embodiment, receptivity and release. Everyone will have the opportunity to make a roll
