Delightful Amethyst in Gold Bezel Necklace

This delightful violet-colored amethyst pendant is fresh as early spring flowers. The oval faceted amethyst is displayed in an open-backed 14k gold bezel, perfect for letting the sunshine in. The pendant hangs on a decorative folding bale from a 14k recycled gold rope chain. Circa 1940. Details.....The chain is 18" long, and the pendant measures .28" by .50", .65" with bale.
