Egyptian Revival Necklace with Faience Scarabs

This 1940s Egyptian Revival necklace is comprised of nine graduated panels that are engraved with Egyptian gods, kings and queens and set with beautiful faience scarabs. The scarabs are glazed in lush turquoise tones. The panels are 800 grade silver, and they hang from sterling silver chain. This necklace has a regal presence. Egyptian faience is a vitrified ceramic that has been in use since Ancient times. Details.....Necklace measures 20" long. The panels range in size from 0.95" by 0.47"  to 1,92" by 0.53". In Good Vintage condition. You should always expect some wear on vintage and antique pieces, we consider it part of the charm.
