250 Mandibular Range of Motion Scales

Mandibular range of motion scales document a patient's range of motion. The normal range of motion is between 40 mm and 60 mm. At a minimum, every patient's comfort, active, and passive range of motion measurements should be recorded as part of an annual patient exam. If there is ever an issue with a patient's opening, the healthy baseline is critical to know so they can hopefully regain their range of motion to their baseline. This takes 15 seconds and costs 8 cents. We sell these at our cost since there should be no barriers to incorporating this procedure into every new and annual patient exam.
